Strike off, closure, dissolution and liquidation

If the company shareholders or directors decide to discontinue or wind up the business, they may consider various options of the closure of the business. Most feasible or easiest way to close a company is striking off its name from the records maintained by ROC. This is preferable when a company is inoperative for a certain period of time.

On approval of the strike off, the company’s name is removed from the records of the ROC and thus, it is not existent in the eyes of laws. The company must fulfil all the compliance before proceeding for the strike-off application. The application is accompanied by various documents and requires assistance from the professional.

By managing the dissolution process efficiently, we ensure that the company/LLP is dissolved in a compliant manner, protecting the interests of stakeholders, and minimizing any legal or financial risks.

Liquidation in India can happen for several reasons. One thing that is certain, however, is that you need a team of professional consultants to guide you through the process.
